This data is provided by you and is stored locally in your browser.
- Email Address (via ExtensionPay): To start a free trial, our extension integrates with ExtensionPay, a third-party payment processor. ExtensionPay collects your email address to send you a trial activation link. We do not directly store your email address, but it is collected on our behalf by ExtensionPay.
- Payment Information (via ExtensionPay): If you purchase lifetime access to the extension, ExtensionPay collects payment information (e.g., credit card details) to process the transaction. We do not directly access, store, or process this payment information.
How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect for the following purposes:
- Provide Extension Functionality: The eBay order data you upload is used to display, sort, group, and manage your orders within the extension. This includes generating summaries, printing order lists, and formatting data for copying to your clipboard.
- Persist User Preferences: We store your sorting preferences and settings (e.g., whether to include eBay item web addresses) locally in your browser to maintain your experience between sessions.
- Enable Trial and Payment Processing: Your email address (collected via ExtensionPay) is used to activate your free trial. If you purchase lifetime access, ExtensionPay uses your payment information to process the transaction, and we use the payment status to unlock extension features.
We do not use your information for purposes unrelated to the extension’s functionality, such as advertising, analytics, or determining creditworthiness.
How We Store and Protect Your Information
Local Storage: All eBay order data you upload is stored locally in your browser using Chrome’s storage.local API. This data is not transmitted to our servers or any third parties, except as described below for ExtensionPay.
ExtensionPay: Your email address and payment information are collected and stored by ExtensionPay, a third-party payment processor. ExtensionPay’s handling of your data is governed by their privacy policy, which you can review at https://extensionpay.com/privacy.
Data Security: We take reasonable measures to protect your data within the extension, such as avoiding external transmission of your eBay order data. However, since the data is stored locally in your browser, you are responsible for securing your device and browser.

- ExtensionPay: To enable free trials and process payments, we integrate with ExtensionPay, which collects your email address (for trials) and payment information (for purchases). This is necessary to provide the trial and payment functionality of the extension.

You have the following rights and choices regarding your data:
- Clear Your Data: You can clear all eBay order data stored by the extension at any time using the "Clear Data" button in the extension’s popup. This will remove all locally stored data from your browser.
- Opt-Out of Trial: If you do not wish to provide your email address for the free trial, you can choose not to start the trial and instead purchase lifetime access directly (which still requires providing payment information to ExtensionPay).
